We want you to love your new hardwood. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Custom, special-order, or clearance items are final sale.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@jakestonehardwoods.com within 5 days for a Return Authorization.

2. Ship items back using the instructions we provide.

3. A 15% restocking fee applies; original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
